Book Review: The Alchemist

The Alchemist by Paulo Coelho

My rating: 5 of 5 stars


This is a wonderful story about a boy who has incredible journey where he learns to really see, hear and appreciate all of God's creations, how to live each moment fully, and how to really listen to and follow his heart. I read this book while I was pregnant and struggling with the thought of staying home for several years with my baby before continuing to pursue my career. This book helped me to feel more at peace with my decision.
