7 months old!

Sweet Meo is 7 months old today! We had a big day too: started a new class at Birth Roots (Blossoming Newborns Seedlings) and went to his pediatricians office to get a couple of vaccinations. He weighs a whopping 19 pounds now! It's hard to believe how fast he grows. I'm so glad he is a happy and healthy boy.

Oh, and our exciting developmental news is that yesterday he finally started rolling tummy to back! He has been able to roll back to belly like a champ since he was 3 months old, but apparently he had no motivation to roll back the other way until now. Last night he was rolling all over the place; he thought it was the best thing ever. In other developmental news, we have quite the little communicator. He has now said "mama", "dada", "ball", and "hello". He also just likes to babble lots and lots. He actually babbled the entire time I was trying to introduce is in our class today; it was pretty funny. One final thing to note is we have been doing a lot of sign language with him and we are pretty sure he signed "more" to us the other day while we were eating. Yay Mattimeo!
