Today we had a play date at Willard Beach in South Portland with a whole bunch of other moms and babies.

The arrival time was supposed to be at 10, but little Meo decided he wasn't ready to take a nap on the hour car ride to drop daddy off, nor would he take a nap on my way to get coffee. Instead, he fell asleep on the short car ride from the coffee shop to the beach. So from about 9:45 am to 11 am, I hung out in the car with Meo while he napped.

Once he woke up, we walked down to the beach and had a really fun afternoon. The water was cold, but we still had fun playing in the water!

With summer quickly coming to a close, it is nice to try to get in as many beach days as we can!
