Both Mattimeo (age 3.5) and Link (18 months-ish) have been continuing their music study through the Music Together program. This spring they completed the triangle collection and they both loved it. Not only do they look forward to class, but they happily participate, sing the songs at home all the time, get to see their friends, and Meo loves talking to the teacher, Ms. Pauline.

One really cool thing that happened this collection was that I submitted a video of Meo singing one of the songs and it was accepted as a part of the music video they made of the song (selected with other children from all around the world). Ms. Pauline was so happy that someone from our class was selected that she signed a copy of the book "Hello Everybody" (a song we sing at the beginning of every class) to give to him as well as a couple of egg shakers. Meo was so proud and happy, he talked about it for days. Here is the video he is in (3 times) and a picture of him receiving his gift:

Eventually, Meo will stop going to Music Together and start taking lessons on a musical instrument, but for now we will continue to have him take this class as he still enjoys it so much and we have found it to benefit him greatly. Hopefully Link will be able to do it just as long as Meo has!
