Museum Maddness

This month I decided to get Meo and I a Children's Museum Passport. Although it was rather expensive ($155 for one year with the flex option), we figured it would be worth it. Meo and I only have to go 8 times in a year to make it worth our money. Plus, with the flex option, we can take 2 guests with us each time we go to the Children's Museum of Maine which saves both of those people $9. So far my mom has gone with us once and enjoyed herself. This month alone we have gone to children's museums 3 times which already would have cost us $63, so we are are well on our way to making the Passport worthwhile. As Meo and I tend to spend full days in Portland, it will be nice to have a free place to go play for an hour or two when its cold and snowing this winter. Plus, we have been taking a toddler yoga class in Dover, New Hampshire which is right next to the Children's Museum of New Hampshire and we love going there to play for a while before heading back home. We are looking forward to visiting some of the other Children museums around too, such as the Boston Children's Museum and the Children's Discovery Museum in Augusta.

Here are some photos from our museum visits so far (Meo is 14 months in all these):
