Beach Play Dates (21 months)

We have been fortunate to have had some exceptionally warm spring weather which has allowed for a couple of beach days before parking fees go into effect post Memorial Day. Here are some photos from two different beach play dates.

Since none of the little ones had been wearing their bathing suits, and all of them sat in the water at some point or other, we all let them run around naked for a bit to dry off in the sunshine. Don't worry, Meo wasn't the only one in the nude.

Meo was very afraid of the water at first.

But I gave him a kiss and asked if he wanted to hold hands, and then he was very brave! He wanted to go deeper and deeper and never leave. He would have went past his chest if I allowed him. After being in the water for about 45 minutes and seeing him shiver, I had to force him to come out.
