In between Thanksgiving and Christmas this year we started a possible new tradition of driving up to Boston with Grandma and Grandpa (in the 7 passenger van they had on loan) to visit Jess and Ryan for one of their delicious home-cooked meals and some quality time. We stayed with Robbie's parents at an AirBnB which was very exciting for the boys, especially since it overlooked and above ground T that often passed by.
At Jess and Ryan's we had lots of time to hang out, play games, and read shark books before a delicious meal.
Unfortunately Link started feeling sick and threw up on the kitchen floor and me right before we ate. Then after the meal, feel quite himself again, bounced up and down and slammed his head into my mouth and nose. BESIDES that though, it was a delicious meal and a great time.
The boys had their own special pizza which they helped to make.
That night, I was worried about leaving Link with Grandma and Grandpa in case he threw up again so we stayed in and Jess and Ryan came to play games with us instead of going out as we originally planned.
The next morning we went to the Boston Children's Museum with Grandma and Grandpa. The boys love it there and I am happy they got to enjoy it with their Grandparents.
It was a really fun weekend spent in with the Robinson family and it will be a time we will all remember fondly.

Sounds like a lovely new tradition. Such a fun museum, too.
